We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as opened personal care or intimate products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Contact us at hello@mwamba.store with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll confirm the next steps.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible - we'll cover the cost of returning it and arrange a replacement or refund.
